REFUND ELIGIBILITY:
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The product does not work as described
- The product is incompatible with Framer (technical fault)
- You experience technical issues that cannot be resolved

Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- You changed your mind after downloading
- You lack the technical skills to install (installation guide is provided)
- You purchased by mistake (please verify before buying)

- Reason for refund request
- Description of any technical issues

- Requests reviewed within 48 hours
- Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
